  • Employee Self-Management: The Xenio 500 features a user-friendly interface on its LCD screen, displaying hours worked, schedules, and clock-ins/outs. Employees can easily view and manage their time and attendance data directly on the device, without the need for additional software or devices, offering a convenient and efficient solution for time management.

  • Reliable Fingerprint Recognition Technology: The fingerprint scanner system serves two primary functions: capturing an image of the finger and comparing it to previously scanned images. It then extracts unique characteristics from each fingerprint, which are saved as an encrypted biometric key or a mathematical representation. Only the binary code derived from these characteristics is stored for verification, not the fingerprint image itself. This mathematical representation cannot be converted back into an image, making it virtually impossible to replicate the original fingerprint.

  • Protecting Employee Privacy: Easy Clocking’s biometric time clocks store a mathematical representation of fingerprints, not the actual image, ensuring privacy and security. The data, used solely for verification, cannot be converted back into an image, and the fingerprint area is touched less frequently than other surfaces, reducing germ exposure.
